This. I'm still puzzled why we gave up so much for DJ.

I fear for your ability to recognise basketball talent if you cant see the difference between Jennings and Augustin at this point in their respective careers. There is lights years separation...

Light years? uh they are both offensive players and have similar production.

It's way more than stats when comparing these 2 signings. Jennings hasn't shown he's 100% yet after coming back from the Achilles tear, and admitted as much when the Magic signed him. An Achilles tear is a really serious injury. Whereas Augustin looked better than ever last season, Jennings looked bad. He was also benched near the end of the season and never came back, and it seemed like there was something going on there, based on his tweets. Basically, Jennings is trending down fast, and Augustin is trending up.

We overpaid for Augustine. He played well last year, yes, but he's still a backup PG... There's plenty of those that you could get w/o giving them a 4 year deal. Jennings is one example. Trey Burke is another. Grevis Vasquez, Ish Smith, Seth Curry etc. Theres not THAT much of a difference between any of these guys. We just paid a little more.

No green text so I'm thinking serious... If that's the case then I agree with you. We got a good back up pg, a young beastly defensive anchor, and Tobias kryptonite for an overpaid tweener with no killer instinct.

Seriously! I'd be happy if we traded Harris for Bismack alone! Add in cap space and two vets, I'm thinking he forgot the green font too!

Orlando never happen....

back to being one of my most hated players in the league. Bitch-made.

I know right? Like his little 5 minutes in Orlando is the blemish on an otherwise stellar career.
Woj is the new Bucher. Shams is the new Woj. Espn is the new TMZ. The NBA is the new WWE.
Boo.
