Bpm in the playoffs this year

Westbrook 11.7
Durant 1.8

Vorp in the playoffs

Westbrook 2.3
Durant 0.7

PER in the playoffs

Westbrook 26.9
Durant 20.3

Ws/48 in the playoffs

Westbrook .208
Durant .130

Average game score in the warrior series:

Westbrook 23
Durant 20

Get out of here with "Durants cast let him down". Russell westbrooks sidekick, the "top 10 all time player" let them down

BPM and VORP are worthless stats.

Westbrook's numbers are also inflated due to his high usage and inflated assist totals because he dominates the ball so much. That's part of why OKC never won - his poor decision making.

When Durant was out, Westbrook couldn't even lead his team to the playoffs. Shows how "equally valuable" he is compared to Durant.

Durant needed to rid himself of Westbrook to maximize his ability. He is finally free of him and will have far more success than Westbrook as a result. OTOH Westbrook will suffer greatly without Durant. It's laughable that people think he can win MVP. His efficiency was in large part due to the attention Durant gets from defenses. Now he will be a 40% shooter from the field.

Bpm and vorp aren't worthless. There is a massive PER gap too and you just got done quoting PER to put KD over bird. You are tying yourself in knots now

The only reason OKC didn't make the playoffs in 15 was two fold

1) Westbrook missed time himself, convenient to not mention this
2) 45 wins and out is a tough break, they likely win 50 plus if Westbrook didn't miss time himself with the broken hand

As for shooting efficiency? Unlike Durant, Westbrook can actually have major impact on the game when he isn't shooting well. By the way, his ts% was above league average in 2015 on his way to a scoring title, the year he played largely without durant.

Durant is the one who let them down this postseason. Deal with it

And all the emojis, cmon man. I feel like im talking to a kid here.

Westbrook was the one who choked away Game 6 vs Golden State with a foolish turnover that led to a Klay Thompson go ahead 3. The PER gap is over a small sample size. Over the past several years Durant has been a more statistically dominant, efficient and just better player than Westbrook.

Westbrook can't have the impact Durant can as we saw him without Durant already - an impressive lottery appearance was what he had to show for it.

Just get over the fact that Westbrook and OKC management failed Durant. It's their fault he's gone, and it's too bad for them.

So you just literally said Westbrook cost them game 6 vs golden state and failed Durant while that anorexic wannabe was in the process of shooting 10 for 31?

Good night. I don't know why I wasted this much time

Why do you bother? Isn't it obvious that the kid is a troll with only 1 purpose? - to sound as stupid and annoying as possible

KD will go into history as a top-5 scorer in his peak that joined a team that has won a title year ago, 73-9 previous season and a team that he himself had a chance to win in WCF but he just choked.

It's nothing comparable to LeBron as LeBron was and is the key ingredient to win for both Cavs and Heat. And as you stated earlier that GSW doesn't need Durant to win - its Durant who needs GSW to win.

KD as gifted as he is isn't ever gonna be even in consideration of top10 players of all time just because of this move that exposed him to be a weak-minded beta guy that choked against record breaking team in playoffs and joined them later to establish a lineup that's Dream Team worthy

but yeah, don't respond to that troll

Durant had an off shooting night, which is rare for him. In fact, shooting the ball 31 times is a rare thing for him but something he should do more often, but can't, due to the ineffcient, reckless and boneheaded style of play of Westbrook. Westbrook chucks up terrible shots all the time. Durant never takes bad shots.

That's the difference. Golden State plays smart, cohesive basketball that Durant realizes is the key to titles. People who keep crying like little girls about "Can't beat em join em" or "joined a 73-win team and nothing comparable to what LeBron did!!" and "weak minded!!!" etc are not intelligent at all and don't understand anything about basketball and how players are ranked. Furthermore, your opinions on where Durant should've/shouldn't have signed unfortunately have ZERO influence on where Durant actually ends up on the all time list.

That's determined now only by titles, which he will win several of. So sorry, too bad but Durant is headed for top 10 all-time. Nothing you can do about it.

KD better than Larry Bird??? Am I hearing that right? LMAO. Bird is one of the most fierce competitors ever. He would literally make KD cry. Bird's way better passer, play maker, and rebounder. Their defense are just about the same. Bird also ruled the league along with Magic for almost a decade. Can you say the same about KD? He is known for being the second best or coming up short throughout his career. His peer Lebron absolutely owns him. No top 10 player ever would constantly get owned by player playing the same position as him.

Durant put up a 30 PER before which crushes Bird. Durant is an equal rebounder, much more efficient scorer and way better defender. Bird was a weak defensive player. Did you see Durant's defense in the playoffs? It embarrasses Bird's defense.

Btw there is no shame in being outplayed by LeBron, who is a top 2 player ever. LeBron would dominate Bird completely. Durant's competition is far tougher than Bird's. He's got to compete with LeBron, 67-win Spurs, 73- win Warriors etc. Bird feasted on weak ass teams like the .500 Rockets.

1. i wonder how lebron's pre-heat usage rate compared to westbrook's. cause lebron hella dominated the ball too, so it'd be interesting to compare assists as a result of dominating the ball. cause i dont think russ's assists are inflated.. also, his impact on the game is bigger than KDs. Russ rebounds exceptionally well for a guard, his D is better, man & help. better playmaker. is able to put just as much pressure if not more on your defense because of his relentless attacking style. talk about foul trouble and being in the bonus..

2. take russ off the team, dont replace him, and see if KD can lead the thunder to the playoffs in the west. doubt it. that makes durant not valuable then? or could it possibly be a team sport? also convenient you didnt mention that russ missed time himself due to injury. Had he not, they'd probably make the playoffs, in the west like i already mentioned which is a feat itself when you're essentially by yourself and ibaka and whoever else they had..

3. i think you unnecessarily hate on westbrook, but i guess thats what sports fans do..
