So who thinks Riley is sticking around for a rebuild?

I'm pretty sure he was close to retiring if Lebron resigned. Now that Wade has left also, I just don't see Riley sticking around for the multiple lottery seasons incoming.

I think this might be the last we see of Pat. Once the Bosh thing is cleared up I think he will retire along with Bosh.

I think he will stick around. Remember when the Shaq team blew up, he stuck around coaching through the 15 win years before handing it to Spo.

Before that he coached through the crap teams before handing off to SVG.

He'll put the team in a good place then retire imo.

Those that want him gone....be careful what you wish for. It has haunted the Dolphins for 21 years....

He's probably gone in a couple years, will probably try to promote one of our guys. We were really lucky after Lebron left with some of the pieces we got, but it was just so weirdly handled this off-season. Some of these guys in main thread at just so delusional about the situation going forward I feel.

I don't see Pat going out like that. He'll have to see what can do this year with assets and next seasons F/A class. If next off-season is similar to that of this, I can see him calling it a career.

For the pasr 2 yrs I expected Pat to retire summer 2017. That plan will be put into effect. Around Christmas time we will start hearing it. Hopefully we can keep UD and move him in the front office

Could Zo be a good GM?

Does he have a good mind for it?

Do you think there would be enough fan backlash to force him to step down or get fired?

Surely Pat can talk some superstar players into taking discounts after this.
