Re: 2016-17 Minutes Distribution
I like the thinking, but mine is a little different.
Reggie won't play 34 minutes a game. He looked exhausted playing 31 last year, and we haven't added much at other positions to change that. I like KCP and assume he'll stay, but the best argument against him isn't his sporadic shooting, it's that he can't handle the ball very well. It's also the reason Stanley becomes a starter sooner rather than later, because Stanley CAN handle the ball.
KCP will play more than 32, because his backups are the worst on the team. If Stanley does get half his minutes at the 2, which I doubt, then you could be right here. KCP handled his team high 36+ minutes a game just fine last year, as his motor never stops.
Mook should drop from his 36 last year, maybe even further than your projection, because I think Stanley picks up minutes here.
Tobias is hard to peg, as it depends on how Leuer looks.
Dre is playing more than 30 minutes a game, guaranteed. The rules will either be the same or benefit him, and he played 33 last year. I love Boban, but he won't play that much, at least this year. Baynes may get a little run at the 4 as well.
My guess:
Reggie 32, Ish 16
KCP 34, Stanimal 10, Hilliard or Bullock 4 (but with a big variance game-to-game)
Mook 30, Stanimal 16, Hilliard or Bullock 2
Tobias 32, Leuer 16
Dre 32, Baynes 8, Boban 8
The other 3: Brown, Ellenson, Gbinije
Basically a nine man rotation if you count Baynes and Boban as 1/2 each. In tight/important games Bullock and Hilliard won't see the floor. In blowouts, they'll both get run along with Ellenson and maybe Gbinije. My guess is that Gbinije ends up in the D-League and Brown is on the roster for a good part of the year.

I would love for Pope to play fewer minutes as it means other players are playing tougher defense and carrying more of the load.
Andre who just signed a 1 billion dollar contract is going to play 30mpg, and Reggie is playing the most of the starters?
I'm not going to make any concrete guess's but hey, I love to critique!

Re: 2016-17 Minutes Distribution
I'd like to see everyone's minutes go down. A stronger bench means we won't have to rely on our starters as much.
We were 20th in pace last year. http://espn.go.com/nba/hollinger/teamstats/_/sort/paceFactor We have a fast PG, a very fast SG, a C that runs like a deer for his size, and two tweener forwards simultaneously. There is no reason why we shouldn't be in the top 10, particularly with Ish Smith being (one of?) the fastest player(s) in the league and Leuer being reasonably athletic for the position.
It would allow players to focus on what they need to, at the expense of exerting more energy and needing to be subbed out more often.
On a nightly basis:
Reggie 28-32/Smith 16-20
Caldwell-Pope 30-34/Johnson 14-18
Morris 28-32/Johnson 8-10/Harris 8-10
Harris 22-24/Leuer 24-26
Drummond 30-34/Baynes 14-18
Something like this. That's a nine man rotation that shouldn't wear down as the season goes on, players should be happy with their minutes, contracts/hype/expectations should match up with the minutes received. Obvious caveats that injury/foul trouble/of course Bullock and Ellenson and Boban aren't never going to play/other factors can lead to deviations.
Drummond's minutes were affected by his defense and FT woes. He corrects it, and he should play more.

I like the idea of faster pace and lesser minutes, I just don't think it's actually going to happen. Not very SVG.

Re: 2016-17 Minutes Distribution
I was just thinking out this last night - Baynes has to be traded. He's in his walk year and is going to want all the Ce back-up minutes. But we didn't sign Boban to give him no minutes this season. Also with Dre, Boban and Baynes at Ce, it means Leuer gets zero Ce minutes - but Tobias is going to get 30mpg at PF meaning Leuer gets 18mpg? And Ellenson gets red shirted for all intents and purposes. Mook gets 30mpg at SF, with Johnson getting only 18? And if you give Stanley any back-up 2-guard minutes it means Bullock and Hilliard get shafted.
Trade Baynes and picture becomes clearer as Boban and Leuer split back-up Ce minutes depending on the situation/match-ups. This frees up some PF minutes for Mook, which gets more SF minutes for Stanley Johnson.

I believe Bullock will backup KCP at the 2. Stanley will backup the 3.

Re: 2016-17 Minutes Distribution
If SVG doesn't use a 10 man rotation this upcoming season i will be mad. The Pistons didnt have the depth to really play more than 8-9 guys last year, but now they got all the depth in the world. We need Bullocks 3pt shooting in my opinion.
Reggie (30) / Ish (16)
KCP (32)/ Bullock (14)
Morris (32)/ Stanley (22)

Can't imagine Stanley just backing up the three. Not enough minutes for him and Mook.

We had one of the better starting 5s in the league. We aren't going to cut their minutes drastically and abandon that success.
I expect many of those numbers for the starters will remain the same. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the bench guys. Baynes, Leuer and Boban have to split essentially 30 minutes. Since Morris won't be used at PF much this year, it'll be interesting to see how they use Stanley and how they get him on the court. The logical move would be at SG. There's also the possibility to see Harris get time at SF, which throws an even bigger wrench into rotations.
In all honesty, I don't like the roster that Stan has built. He's spread the talent out too much from top to bottom instead of consolidating it among fewer players. Especially come playoffs, our bench and flexibility won't be nearly as valuable. We need more horsepower from the starters.

Re: 2016-17 Minutes Distribution
this is around what i would hope/expect on an average night:
Jackson - 30
KCP - 34
Morris - 33
Harris - 32
Drummond - 32
bench
Smith - 18
Johnson - 25
Leuer - 16
Baynes - 16
= 236 minutes which leaves 4 minutes for a player to fill in based on matchups/foul trouble/etc.
then the active guys who may or may not play:
3rd PG (or gbinije if he's the guy)
Bullock
Hilliard
Marjanovic
and the inactive guys:
Ellenson
Gbinije (if he's not the 3rd PG)
Jackson - 30
KCP - 34
Morris - 33
Harris - 32
Drummond - 32
bench
Smith - 18
Johnson - 25
Leuer - 16
Baynes - 16
