Ain't going to lie, if i ever see Stan Van Gundy, i am going to ask to give him a big hug. Listening to his press conference, he continues to say and make moves that help our franchise move in the right direction. His mentality also is "DETROIT VS EVERYBODY".

"I like the guys who don't have the big name, in fact i prefer these guys. These 2 guys next to me are very good players!"

You know on that note, I've been going thru and rewatching every single Pistons game from start to finish (league pass is so much better then it used to be its just crazy) and besides being able to really see, and understand just how much of an impact our new bench pieces are going to make, Tobias Harris has got to stop wearing that headband.

Even after the season, everything's done, I've been catching myself cringing when he shoots a three because with that headband he reminds me so much of smith it's scary.

Lose the headband Harris.

Stan is the man. My favorite coach since Chuck Daly.

Sorry Han I have to go with LB. I remember coming home from a friends hearing LB was hired. I told my day Chip. I'm still a big believer we would've got it done with Okur too. I love Sheed tho

I loved LB. Hated when he left us for the Knicks though.

Not sure people are aware of this.. As the Detroit Pistons, our team never had back to back winning seasons before Chuck Daly. A dreadful stat. He is the original Godfather of this team.

Stans command for the language is something to behold.

The way SVG ended the presser yesterday when milk dud head Vince Ellis asked about the inflation of contracts was astounding. He simplifies everything to the point you cant argue with him cause he always makes sense!

Flip Saunders, may he RIP, is a top four Pistons coach for me. Underrated.
Daly, Brown (only because he brought us a title, otherwise I'd despise his philandering ways), SVG (with clear potential to climb), Saunders.

Return to Detroit Pistons
