I think a bench of Augustin, Meeks, Hezonja and Green should be able to score the ball without much problem. If you add Vuc to that mix, then they won't be having any 6-8 minute stretches of not scoring the ball.

The Magic is allowed to proceed with only 13 men under contract, but that needs to be balanced over the league for a 30-team average of 14 players.

I totally agree the Magic could use a vet at 4 or 5, and a combo big would be perfect (to bad Orlando couldn't get Bogut for the deal Dallas got him for).

From the Summer rosters, one player that might have earned a one-season, partial contract is Arinze Onuaku. He would be a perfect practice squad player and playing limited minutes for Orlando would be something he would be eager for.

I think saying goodbye to Roy is the saddest of this offseason for me (except Dipo obviously). I thought he would stick this year aswell many others... wish him best of luck, hope he gets picked by another nba team

This means The Magic will likely sign a veteran swing man and a big man to fill out the roster as I only expect them to keep 14 on the roster.

Do we even have Salary space?

I thought we were already over salary Cap 94,000,000

Poor Marble. I think he can be good enough to stick in this league and some day be a rotation player.

Always thought his style of play reminded me of Courtney Lee, he just couldn't seem to find his rhythm and knock down the open shots in the game. If he could get his offensive game going he could be a pretty good bench player. Sad to see him go, but probably best to let him try and find a spot elsewhere.

I think they will probably bring in minimum salary guys.

The 13th and 14th guys are not going to get a lot of minutes with the depth on this roster.

I would give the 13th spot to onuaku from our Summer League Team.he Really had strong Performances and would be good to play spot minutes with hustle and rebounding of the bench.
For the 14th spot i would consider garino or nick Johnson, also from our Summer League Teams.
Both would also provide good spotup minutes at the guard positions.

solid defender, but the man could not hit an open shoot. Its crazy cause he was a good scorer in college. i guess it goes to show you the transition from college to nba is challenging...

Sorry to see Devyn go. I thought he may have an opportunity as a 3 and D guy but he never developed the 3 sufficiently.

He simply had a long leash in college. He wasn't actually efficient in his scoring. There are a lot of guys in college that put up similar numbers in any given year and never receive any attention. I don't think he ever would've stuck with the Magic for as long as he did if he wasn't a high character guy. The talent just isn't there.
