What are you betting on? If a trade actually happens or not? Or if there were talks or not? I'm confused. There is no way for anyone to prove or not prove that talks have happened. No one ever admits to talks. And other than a crazy guy on Twitter no one ever said a trade would happen. Anyone credible has just reported that there have been talks.

Also, who the **** is Wojo? If you are talking about Adrian Wojnarowski, no one calls him Wojo. He's Woj. And he will not post anything until it is done. Same with Shams and Stein. Those guys work for major news corporations who will only post when things are done. They don't post rumors.

Saying that rumors are false and thereby neither Griffin or Westbrook end up in C's jersey and he's so confident about it. I mean... Rumors are one thing, we're past rumors now. It's just whether you believe Smitty or not. Even if the rumors are 100% correct and there are talks and the deal is imminent, there's at least 50% chance the deal falls through. No deal is ever safe until it's done, so BannersOnly is really arguing two different points.

No. I'm not arguing anything. I'm flat out saying that NO TALKS are going on about Griffin to Boston other than normal chit chatter(at best) that happens with every GM around the league year round. The way people are reporting these "rumors" is that serious talks are happening and this deal can be a reality at any moment. Absolute utter bullsh*t. If they are confident that I'm wrong than I stand to look like a fool. And even if they are wrong they will simply act like it fell through at the last moment. How will I or you disprove it? That's why I think rumors are a joke. Want to impress me?????????? How about yoy report the deal as FINALIZED at least 5-10 minutes before it's officially announce. Then and only then will I believe people have "sources" tha are worth more than he deuce I'm about to drop in the toilet. Boom.......I said it.(and ya, that's my new saying and I'm loving it).

To be clear, Banners didn't question you he questioned your sources.

But I understand your frustration. I would take a day to think on it some but in many ways it seems more trouble than its worth to give us information.

I don't doubt that they have had pretty substantial discussions about Blake and/or Westbrook and a dozen other guys. Whatever comes of it remains to be seen, but going in on guys like Smitty who are just relaying what they have heard from numerous people around the league is nonsense. None of our board insiders have even said anything was imminent, either.
