OT: Favorite NBA celebrations?

Post#1 » by SOUL » Wed Jul 20, 2016 11:29 pm

http://thedoublescreen.com/words/2016-in-game-celebrations (gif heavy)

I just finished an article on my casual basketball website (not profiting off of it, just like to write!) -- thought some of you may enjoy it.

I wanted to include Vucevic but I don't know if it's his thing or if he just always likes to touch his nose and grab his shoes afterwards. I think it's just habit by now. Regardless, there's still a few Magic players on it.

What is your favorite NBA celebration? Current ones, I mean. I think the big balls dance would win 100% of the time if it was allowed. I think my favorite is Kawhi or Danilo.

On a serious note,I like D'lo's celebration. Not a big fan of his but that celebration gets me laughing every time. Also like the Wade one and Westbrook's walk.

How about from the fans? For instance, I started the "Nah Nah hey hey goodbye" chant against LeBron in the 2009 conference finals. There entire stadium then ran with it. Celebration so good, it forced an MVP to jump teams!!!
Favorite Magic players of all time:
1. Dennis Scott
2. Andrew Nicholson
3. Anthony "no-neck" Johnson

I always thought that X thing was from dipo's mind. I've seen him, mario, aaron, elf doing it and combinations of it where they put their X's together. such a feathery thing to do
