It's more of a nice thing for Mexico. And while the fans will likely come away being bigger fans of the opposing teams, for Sarver it probably makes him quite a bit of money considering we are the "home" team. But it also creates a disadvantage for our home schedule because two of our "home" games are on a neutral court. But it's a good year to do it of all years.

Wonder if this is a Sarver idea. We'll probably draw more in Mexico City than at home, so if he gets the home gate, he makes more money on Mexico games than at home.

What are the ticket prices ? Cant be equivalent to the rumpraping he pulls here. Do we still have one of the highest ticket prices?

How about McMully stretching out AWilliams ? Nothing but good things to say for him, then he reminds everyone they have until Sept 1 to give Big Sauce the Big Toss. Not exactly reassuring. Obviously still shopping.... as should be.

Am I the only one that is paranoid about the team playing in Mexico City? Shoot man, they better have like Navy SEALS posing as security guards there.

I know it's good experience, but Booker is too good for this team. At 19 years old, he put up over 1,000 NBA points. Only Lebron, Kobe, and Durant have done it younger. He's the most promising player on the roster. I see a a lot of scrubs.

But in scrimmages I watch, he was too passive IMO. All the other players took shots especially Aaron Gordon, but Booker was just passing the ball.

Perhaps. Then again, he's already proven himself against the best in the world.

Last day of the camp. Booker seemed better. His playmaking is really good besides his scoring.

I don't think I've seen enough to rank them but Aaron Gordon, Zach LaVine, Victor Oladipo, Stanley Johnson, Myles Turner and Denzel Valentine(a little bit) stood out.

D'Angelo Russell - Brandon Ingram - Jahlil Okafor - Willie Cauley-Stein seemed too passive.

I've been most impressed with Myles Turner, Zach LaVine, and Stanley Johnson. Booker looks pretty good, a bit tentative to attack but his shot is smooth as ever, he makes the right play on offense a lot of the time, and he's done a good job putting people in the position to score; he still gets lost on defensive rotations a bit too often. Ingram has been playing like he's the youngest there, very tentative. Denzel Valentine hasn't looked very good in my opinion, Aaron Gordon looks a bit uncoordinated/clunky at times but he's been okay, Deangelo Russell always has the same dumb look on his face all the time lol but he's done okay too.

I've been impressed with Turner and Stanley Johnson. Winslow and Russell look terrible. LaVine looks good. McDermott has been not so bad either.

If Stanley Johnson breaks out this year and starts, I think Detroit could be pretty tough. They have a lot of good young players..pretty much all their starters (Jackson, Caldwell-Pope, Johnson, Harris, Drummond) and I think they made some good quality free agent signings getting solid players without vastly overpaying (Ish Smith, Jon Leuer, Boban Marjanovic). And then of course they have Mook in there somewhere too.

They seemed to have had an approach like us and got guys locked in at looked like what might be big deals at the time, but look good now (Harris, Jackson).

SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

I take 3-4 massive (and I mean -MASSIVE-) **** a day.

Morning - 30 minutes after I wake up. This is the biggest **** of my day.

Afternoon - lunch time

And then 1-2 more at night, one usually when I get home from work and one before I go to bed.

I think most NBA players can handle themselves. Many roll in packs with other players or have their own security. A group of 3-4 guys ranging from 6'1" - 6"10 with big muscles aren't exactly easy targets by criminals (even professional criminals). Plus, I'm sure the NBA will provide some kind of extra security.

I'd be more worried if the players brought their families with them as a family member would be easier to snatch and hold for ransom. I remember Barbosa once talked about moving his family out of Brazil because they were now kidnapping targets.

Personally, I don't like playing international games during the regular season. What if a player drinks the water and ends up with Montezuma's revenge (or worse...like the zikra virus) and ends up missing a few weeks or even a few months? But it's a sign of the times. The NBA wants to maximize revenue. That means international games, ads on jerseys, and all kinds of silly restrictions on league pass.
