For the foreseeable future its GS and Cleveland, But all dynastys/super team have their run and ends. Miami has an opportunity to be in a position to be coming into their own as the current top teams fall off to the wayside. I think this current team will land us in the lottery, esp with no Bosh.

$20M/year after being paid at least $7M above market last year is not BSing someone. Go follow Wade if you can't see that.

What world are you living in where Wade was overpaid last year? Good luck to Arison peddling his tickets this year. Hope season ticket holders get some cash back.

The year Wade is worth Kent Bazemore money is the year he retires

You guys are crazy. So Wade took advice and sicussed life changing his decisions with his best friends? STOP THE PRESSES, NO WAY.
Image
Wade is his own god damn man, he's married with children and makes his own decisions. So he got advice from the people closest to him? That makes him a "beta"? FOH

He made his decision and the FO made theirs, it was avoidable but move on, there is no need to slander the franchise's greatest player.

Two guys who would like to see competition to their own teams diminished...yeah, very trustworthy!

Especially since LeBron pretty much abandoned his friendship with Bosh after he left. Quite the brotherhood and loyalty...yeah that's the guy I'll go ask for advice. Beta beta beta beta beta

To be fair to Iggie - Bish really did say he "Can't root against the Knicks".

I can get over the anti-Semitic thing, but our own OP rooting for the Knicks?!

You have to draw the line somewhere :nonono:

Would rather have what Bish said than Iggs' "no team has ever come back from 3-1..." crap any day of the week.

If CB returns the tank is gone.

Also, if CB returns we have no spAce for a max player in FA next year.

The other big issue is that he does not fit the age profile of the rest of the team. He is past-prime, and on the wrong side of 30:
BABBITT 27
BOSH 32
DRAGIC 30
ELLINGTON 28
HASLEM 36
J. JOHNSON 29
T. JOHNSON 24
MCGRUDER 24
MCROBERTS 29
REED 26
RICHARDSON 22
WEBER 23
WHITE 23
WHITESIDE 27
WILLIAMS 25
WINSLOW 20

Best case may be to prove he can play, then ship him out to a team closer to competing. Our current roster does not have a championship window, so we either need to make a future for now move to open the window (but letting Wade walk shows we won't do that), or (more likely) we need to do something to increase the possibility of a window opening.

He has been influenced by the likes of Lebron for some time now. You can't dismiss the idea that he is not influenced by his friends. Nobody knows the true facts but you can't count out the power of persuasion by his butt pals.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Can we censor Babbots name pls, tenks. And age-index of a team is one of the most overrated things in pro basketball, all that matters is length of contract and $... We're likely not to have all these guys forever. It goes season by season, no matter young or old, either you have it or you don't. Either your core can compete or it can't, word to the Magics for being an everlasting example

Compete or tank
