1. AFC North
2. AFC West
3. NFC North

AFC North could have 3 potential playoff teams. Your list seems fairly accurate.

AFC NORTH- Pitt of course, Ravens will be angry, Bengals will win and the fall as usual,...I will never make fun of the Browns, never
NFC NORTH- Vikes,Pack,..Bears will still at least be decent
AFC WEST- Denver better suck while the Raiders and Chiefs get all the wins
NFC WEST- SF will do better than last year and the rest will be a dog fight
AFC EAST- Miami better give the Pats one loss ! Pats better come in 3rd this year,
NFC EAST- last year was a bad year for everyone but the Giants will pass like crazy over everyone this time,Dallas and the Redskins will be respectable
AFC SOUTH- JJ W. wont be 100% all year. The Colts are winning the division again and theres nothing anyone can do about it
NFC SOUTH- hello Atlanta, goodbye everyone else

Re: Power ranking the divisions in 2016
Its really hard to predict based on last year's results. Things change year to year except for AFC east, and injuries are mostly hard to pick. Of course all the draft picks and trades haven't taken affect yet and how it all changes the balance of power in the NFL. But I will be a good sport and give it a try anyways. My current predictions for the upcoming season are:
AFC West. Love K,C. this year. Raiders looking good and coming. Denver D is still tough.
AFC North. Bengals might still be the best over all balanced team in NFL. Ravens will be better and the Steelers are the Steelers.
NFC North & NFC West. 2 playoff teams from each division is my prediction here. Love the Vikings this season.
NFC South. Might be the best all around exciting division this year. Buc will be a lot better. Saints defense doesn't have Rob Ryan.
NFC East
AFC East. Jets, Bills and Dolphins should be banned from the NFL till they can get their **** together. How embarrassing is it to let the Patriots dominate the division for 14 straight years. Isn't it nice to go 5-1 or 6-0 almost every year in your own division. All they ever have to do is go 500 outside their division every year and they back door themselves with a minimum 11 wins into the playoffs. Please. Don't know why they ever put themselves in a position to be called cheaters and cheat when they never had to.

Both the AFC North and West are going to be very powerful divisions this year. For me, taking the North over the West came down to Chargers over Browns at the bottom. I'm excited to see how those divisions play out though.

That's pretty good, though I think the NFC South will be fairly tough, and the AFC South has to be the worst just because of Tennessee and Jax. I know some are high on Jax for whatever reason, but until they show me something, I'd can't totally buy it. At least everyone in the NFC East is usually fairly competitive. The Texans should be even better though, but not good enough to make up for Jax and Tennessee.

Yeah I'd say that's pretty fair. I haven't been able to understand the Jaxonville hype either, I guess it's because Bortles had a good season last year and they think the team will build on it? I don't really know. However I do think that the Colts and the Texans both improve on last year's records while the Redskins and the Eagles move backwards. It's very possible that an 8-8 or 7-9 team could win either of them though this year.

Yes, although I think the Texans WILL be better this year, it may be tough to improve on record with a 1st place schedule and games against Denver, NE and Cincy. They also have to play at GB but get Minnesota at home. The only positive with those teams is they get NE within the first four weeks, so if Brady is suspended during that time, that should be a win.

JJ Watt has a back issue. The Texans wont do as well as last year

Didn't know that. So if his surgery recovery is going to take about 8 weeks, possibly 10, he will probably miss at least the first 2 weeks, and possibly 4, which should hurt them quite a bit.
Between the tougher schedule than Indy and JJ Watt being out, Indy may take it, but I guess that second place schedule might be just about as tough with KC, NYJ and Pittsburgh.
