Yeah, we got too many options at the PF spot already, with Leuer being our small ball PF/C when the lineups call for it and any one of Morris or Tobias can play small ball PF too. I really doubt he logs any significant minutes at the PF this year for it to matter.

Morris and Tobias already play most of the minutes at PF. Not sure why SJ would log a single minute at PF unless there are injuries.

Draymond, regardless of his personal problems, is a pretty high bar. I don't consider Draymond to be a PF. He's the versatile forward, and might as well have been considered the Warriors PG, since he lead them in assists as well as rebounds.

Yeah, we all hope SJ can make that kind of contribution.

As to playing him on Love in the playoffs, no doubt he'd have given a good account of himself, but he was busy banging with LBJ. For that series anyway, he had already moved up in class.

Draymond was 22 when drafted, and SJ just turned 20 at the end of May. No, it wouldn't be tragic at all if he ends up comparable to DG. I'm among the crowd who has high expectations of SJ. I think it's safe to say that ideally SJ should not be a Piston PF, even though he'll compete willingly with them.

He looks like a SF. He plays like a SF. He is... a SF in a SF body.
