#1 pick should be Antonio Brown then. I could hear an argument for the other 2 WRs but Brown is probably the safest PPR guy there is.
#4 I would consider taking ODB/Julio (maybe AJ Green if you just want to lock down high PPR WRs) if they drop with 1 point PPR - in that case I'd take a few RBs next and take some late-round 3rd down-type RBs to add depth
If those WRs don't drop to #4 I'd maybe say David Johnson/Gurley/Lamar Miller/Zeke/AP in that order. I'm drinking the Lamar Miller PPR Kool-Aid from some, but I will say he represents some risk. Some think he's going to turn into Arian Foster on the Texans, others think he's not going to get the workload because the Dolphins refused to hand him the keys to every touch on offense even though he was good when he got it.
And again, if Le'Veon is un-suspended I'd take him #4...hell, I'd even consider him at #4 even with the suspension. He becomes an option at #1 as well if he's un-suspended because he is also the best PPR RB there is.
