Well that's really interesting.

Noel to Boston actually makes a ton of sense if it were to happen.

Sherrod Blakely is now breaking that:

Noel has not asked for a trade, but multiple league sources told CSNNE.com that he is “very open” to being traded if the Sixers decide to make that decision.

Another league source contacted by CSNNE.com on Thursday morning indicated that the Celtics still have a high level of interest in Noel but no deal is imminent.

Well that's really interesting.

There is a horrific rumor floating around out there of Nerlens/LAL 2017 1st for Brandon Ingram too. Either way, good to see this mill start up again. Would like to see this resolved by opening day.

Having seen the source of that, I just don't even see that as a rumor.

Not to mention I don't see that deal as being horrific for Philly at all.

You're kidding yourself if you don't think the Sixers would jump at this deal. That being said, not a chance the Lakers come close to be willing to move Brandon Ingram for anything short of a young, established star like Jimmy Butler or Paul George.

Except via Hinkie Magic, we don't even need our own bad season to pick at the top of the draft. If Dario Saric, Embiid, Simmons, Christ, Brandon Ingram now in this scenario showcase ROTY potential that they all have this team can be buyers at the deadline if they want and just go for the playoff experience for the young guys right outta the gate while still having the option to swap with the Kings who will undoubtedly finish in the bottom seven next season.

I think if you put WCS on the table it gets pretty interesting for the Wolves. He projects to be a pretty good pairing with Towns and allows Dieng to be the 3rd big or even allows the Wolves to let him go if he gets a ridiculous contract offer.

There were also very reliable reports of them being interested in DAngelo Russell before the draft. I just don't think they understand their assets well enough and they are currently playing PG roulette by contacting a new team every week.
