Super Bowl XLV Youtube

Post#1 » by WiscoKing13 » Sun Jul 31, 2016 6:16 pm

So the NFL was kind enough to put the SB up on youtube on Friday.

If anyone has any input or memories feel free to post.

Surprised Jordy wasn't cut after this game.

I started watching the game thinking how stacked the WR and OL were. Then the announcers bring up Finley, Tauscher and Grant are on IR.

It's amazing what you can do when you have a Stud QB and aren't paying him like it

Great return by Nick, but Howard green should get more credit for the INT

Lost my best friend a few months before this game. Was the biggest Packer fan you'll meet. Cried like a baby after Tramon knocked that ball down and felt like I was there with him. Unforgettable moment.

Eta: Drove to Green Bay to watch the game at Stadium View. Don't regret it. Insane atmosphere before and after game. Lost my voice in the first quarter screaming "HOUSE IT!!!!" a hundred times during Collins INT return. Streets of Green Bay were like Mardi Gras.

This was one of the greatest experiences of my life being in Dallas in the stadium watching with my bro, my son and his bf.

Yes I remember Shields, driver, Woodson all broken, running out of bodies similar to how bad things went that year on the injury front. That game was representative of that entire season.

I was praying, crying, crapping my pants when I saw those guys were all out. How many times in the past has rapistburger played a crappy game and then pulls it out in the end?

Was terrified our beatup secondary was going to get killed. I was at the point of thinking this game was about to tilt in the Steelers favor and we were about to lose when they were driving at the beginning of the 4th quarter, until Kevin Greene tells Claymaker, "IT IS TIME."

I have the blu ray and whenever I see that scene with Coach Greene saying those prophetic words I get chills. I was down in the dumps most of the 3rd quarter and was really thinking we were going to lose (our leaders like Driver and Wood were out and the young ones were making mistakes) and the Steelers were on a big drive giving them all the momentum, I felt they were about to take control of this game, YET here comes pickett and claymaker with Bishop cleaning up the fumble!

We had a ray of hope, and Rodgers did just enough in that 4th quarter to keep us ahead.

That game was an emotional roller coaster and when the confetti dropped after the initial cheers I couldn't say a word. My brother and I just took it all in, we were both completely silent holding back tears of joy for a couple minutes just staring down at the field barely able to absorb it all. Our childhood dreams of attending and watching our Packers win the Superbowl actually happened.
