Couple of dumb turnovers but otherwise we're getting great shots. As usual with this team, it's the defensive end that's really hurting us.

Can't believe Scola outran Boogie on a give and go

This is what happens when you at least show some effort and intensity defensively. It is beyond me that after all the defensive struggles we've had in the preliminary round, we're still this poor. The defensive awareness from our guys playing the 4/5 position in particular is horrible. They get caught ball watching all the time and it's one backdoor cut after another.

So typical again, instead of moving his feet, Cousins goes for the block attempt and they score. DeAndre does the same all the time.

Defense and Cousins seems to be the key to this unit. Did Butler play at all against France?

Scola turns into a different player in international play.

Not home yet because of flash flooding in the area. I hope that I can catch some of this game.

Good end to the quarter. We play teambasketball on one end and get good shots, thus also limiting the long rebounds and transition baskets and we can finally keep a man in front of us.

Still, as good as Cousins was offensively, both him and Jordan are problems defensively.

I feel like Argentina would need to not only play perfect but their starting 5 would also need to be machines and never get tired and play the whole game in order to have a realistic chance over 4 quarters.

Argentina has zero depth. Will be shocked if they don't wear down.

Hot KD gonna save the day for them though, seemed like a couple PG plays sparked that run to end the 1st.

Which is a tall order because they're a very old team.

And PG of course. His hustle and KD's scoring got us through the roughest stretch the team will probably face this game.

Gave a nice spark, for sure. Cousins, too.
