Maybe Chelsea? I know Roman has not paid big money for a player since Torres in 2011. But they need more creativity against teams that park the bus. Oscar and Willian are workhorses and Fabregas has had a good start this season but he always starts well and then fade away after a few months. Hazard can't do it on his own.

He hasn't played particularly well this season, in the first two matches, but he's been great over the past few years. He frequently has lulls like this like most luxury players, and I think this time it's due to his contract situation, which we're looking at wrapping up soon.

Also I believe N'Jie is going the other way to Marseille in the N'Koudou deal. Dunno what's going on with Chadli.

Calhanoglu is overrated. Projects a slightly better version of Gylfi Sigurdsson. Great for set pieces and long shots but not creative enough to be #10 at a top team.
