Not a huge fan of the move, but Joerger has seemed to have a decent grasp on troubled players so enjoy your stick of dynamite Dave! haha. When it gets to Lawson as a player I just don't really see the fit. He's not the type of PG the team needs so hopefully DC gets back quick and Lawson can be some just in case depth.
I think this also compounds issues roster wise even further if he's intending on being a part of the roster post whatever suspension DC gets. Heck this roster is going to have mpg issues even if he's not. I am a little concerned about hearing McLemore being in the picture still, he along with Gay makes it impossible to find minutes for all these players. Not even the dreaded platoon method would work in this scenario (aside from the fact it destroys locker rooms) because too many of the players can only defend one position, if even that LOL. This could all turn very ugly if we see Collison, Lawson, Afflalo, Gay, and Cousins all fighting for the ball because for them to play any sort of defense it means total chemistry and committment on the offensive end otherwise these guys will check out.

The bench didn't have enough fire power to go around without a pg who could score for himself and also run and offense. Also Lawson can push the ball in transition which is fantastic with some of our depth at other positions, get out and run the floor because we are gonna have a couple of guys there hoping to get some minutes who aren't half bad.
Aren't you tired of the Ben worries?
We've got AA and Temple here now. Just drafted a guy and have a Euro stash.
So I'm hoping its just talk about giving him a clean slate he has to earn. I don't like Ben's chances of seeing the floor with what is in front of him.
Collison works well with Rudy and Cousins as far as his mid range game and ball movement abilities.
That's where Tolliver may be huge to extend the floor. With Rondo here WCS offensive limitations were handled by lobs and running the break. I'm not sure we can count on that with Collison as the primary PG however.
My concern is going to be can we score well enough to keep WCS on the floor?
Because a WCS & KK bench seems like trouble. Barnes or Casspi at the 4 if Tolliver starts seems much better.
If you ask me that's where the odd man out may be is Willie.

With all the stretch 4 types I can't see both Willie and Kosta even getting minutes. Joerger kind of alluded to the number of 4's they have on the team this year in that Lowe interview he did recently. He even mentioned that they don't intend on continuing on with this kind of imbalance, but I've never been a real fan of sticking with something knowing you are going to be leaving players behind, because the longer you wait the more impossible it becomes to move them anyway.

With Rondo WCS fit pretty nicely, dang that's a good possibility then.
KK is the better all around player than WCS today too. He'll be the backup center.
Lawson worked well with Faried, WCS has the athleticism, but not the strength just yet.
I guess WCS may indeed be the odd man out.
