I have a different idea. The vote for a new stadium is closeby. Public opinion is very impprtant right now. The chargers had to give in...

Kinda stupid that we aren't gonna play him in the pre season week 4. I get that week 4 is the most meaningless once but right Bosa needs meaningless reps so that he can prepare for the meaningful ones in the regular season.

Week 4 seemed like the perfect opportunity to also see where he is conditioning wise in an actual game setting.

I don't think it's worth the risk if he hasn't even been practicing. They will know about his conditioning.

Yea but I think playing against a different team is so valuable. I'd rather him screw up and make mistakes in the pre season game against the Niners than in the regular season.

According to McCoy and Bosa, he's apparently in amazing shape so I don't see what the issue is.

I figured if he was one of the best players in college football he would be in good shape. It's scrubs and he may be behind so it's probably not worth the risk of injury. Probably won't play a ton early at this point anyway, and will gradually get more playing time.
