McShay came out with his top 32.

1. Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU*
2. Jonathan Allen, DE, Alabama
3. Malik McDowell, DT, Michigan State*
4. Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M*
5. Dawaune Smoot, DE, Illinois
6. Jamal Adams, S, LSU*
7. Tim Williams, OLB, Alabama
8. Jordan Thomas, CB, Oklahoma*
9. Devonte Fields, OLB, Louisville
10. Charles Harris, DE, Missouri*
11. Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State*
12. Reuben Foster, ILB, Alabama
13. Christian McCaffrey, RB, Stanford*
14. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC*
15. Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee*
16. Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama*
17. Charles Walker, DT, Oklahoma*
18. Quenton Nelson, OG, Notre Dame*
19. Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame
20. Jalen Tabor, CB, Florida*
21. Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson*
22. Jalen Reeves-Maybin, OLB, Tennessee
23. Brad Kaaya, QB, Miami*
24. Roderick Johnson, OT, Florida State*
25. Caleb Brantley, DT, Florida*
26. Jarrad Davis, OLB, Florida
27. O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
28. Desmond King, CB, Iowa
29. Carl Lawson, DE, Auburn*
30. Ricky Seals-Jones, WR, Texas A&M*
31. Jake Butt, TE, Michigan
32. Raekwon McMillan, ILB, Ohio State*

Not a huge fan of this list. I love Fournette, but Garrett is the number one prospect in this draft and it's not really that close. He's got Watson way too low. Doubt he falls out of the top three. No Adoree Jackson, Takkarist McKinley or Taywan Taylor is kinda nuts.

Biggest omission to me is Jabrill Peppers. How in the hell does McShay not have him in the top 20? I think I'll either want him or McCaffrey, even though both will require moving up.

If you only watched him in one game, yea, that's what you'd think*. It's the other 30 that would make you wonder what the hype is all about.

*not saying that's you at all.

No, it is me. Not literally the only game I've seen him in, but yes that is what it's based on.

The thing is I loved him as a freshman. You'd see the occasional big play and think, yea, he's going to be a monster. And then it just never happened.

I've err'd on the side of Saban's offense not doing him any favors. But it's still a really baffling thing.

I'm not nearly as knowledgable about college football prospects as I should be, but even with Fournette being the monster that he is, I just can't see a RB, no matter how dominant, go 1st overall in the NFL Draft in this day and age. From the early mocks, I'm guessing this is another very weak QB draft?

I said this in April, but I thought it was remarkably stupid of Dallas to take Elliot so high, when if they waited one year they could get a guy like McCaffery, Chub or Cook in the mid to late 2017 first. If you're drafting in the top five, take a pass rusher, offensive tackle, or cornerback and forget about it.

As for QBs, I think Watson is awesome but after him the position falls off a cliff. All the best QB prospects are sophomores. Rosen probably goes #1 in 2018.
