Two camp roster spots now open after waiving Holland.

He's only 26, and 7'3". -- He still gets paid his $3M Salary, from the Sixers (after being traded from the Jazz).
Though they can stretch him.
He started 28 games, in the D-League: FG = .583 -- 3pts = .316 -- FT = .877

Let me start by saying I think the odds that Pleiss ever becomes a rotation level big are very, very slim. I "scouted" him by watching 5 minutes of YouTube highlights from Summer and D League games. That makes me an expert. He has good touch around the basket and he runs and moves his feet pretty well for a 7 footer. He is a stringbean. Draftexpress says he is 220. It looks like the weightroom was not on his Google maps. He is also almost 27. If he was 20, and added 30 lbs of muscle, he would be intriguing. He can make a good living playing in Europe, but the NBA is a man's league.

Other sites have him as much as 270. -- That 220 must have been awhile ago.
I was just surmising that we give him a Camp Deal. -- Not a Fully Guaranteed Contract.

7'6", 235lbs (often listed as high as 275), and 12 seasons under his belt, Shawn B. says hi. And the league was 3 times as physical when he played.

Last players who wore their numbers:
7 - Sully; 9 - Rondo; 30 - Holland (1 playoff game), Bass before him; 42 - David Lee.
I also noticed that Marcus Georges-Hunt is no longer listed on the roster: http://www.nba.com/celtics/roster/
He was a couple of days ago.

Someone wrote in another thread that it was the player who decided on staying one more year in Europe. He wants to succeed and have a long career in the NBA and he felt he could arrive to the Celtics with some more learning made
