That was a pretty terrible showing from the Cats. It was only close because BYU made some mistakes.

Yeah they deserved to lose anyway and better to lose early and in non conf. But I have a hard time vesting too much in college football when it doesn't really matter unless you are a vote to the top 4..that's pathetic. No matter what we do we get to a bowl...woo hoo.

I can't understand why they don't have like a 16 team playoff to keep fans of teams like ours interested in the hunt all year long. Like the NFL for example...unless you are completely awful, you almost always have some kind of chance of making it until at least week 12.

Couldn't agree more! I think this is going to be one of the more exciting games of week 1, wouldn't be surprised if it comes down to a score on the last drive of the game.

As many games as I missed on this week, I've gotta pat myself on the back for absolutely nailing this one!
