He's only rated higher than lowry by 1, and they aren't that much apart from each other.
If anything, they made derozans rating higher because hes a much better offensive player, and gets more attention from the media than lowry.
defensive deficiencies and outside shooting aside, DeMar is a very well-rounded guard with his combination of improved passing, footwork, handle, post-game and athleticism. There are a variety of reasons you'd see him rated similarly if not higher than Lowry in 2K.
