It's a matter of whether you think Lacy will rush for 1000 yards this season and get more than 6 touchdowns. Cooper had a bit of an up and down year last season and got those numbers. I'd take 4 1000 yard receivers with at least 6 touchdowns each than swapping one for a 700 yard 5 touchdown back. Sproles is basically his flex as John Brown is easily a starting receiver. He'll have one week without Lamar Miller, but it'll be fine overall. At the very least he should counter to get more back.
Well in the two years prior to last year he rushed for over 1,100 yards, and had 11 and 9 tds (in the 9 td rushing year, he also had 4 receiving tds). Out of shape last year, he rushed for 750 yards with 3 tds, and had about 200 yards receiving with 2 more tds. I expect him to be quite a big better than last years total 950 yards and 5 tds in a very down year.
2013 Rushing 1178, 11, Receiving 257 (total 1,435 total yards, 11 tds)
2014 Rushing 1,139, 9, Receiving 427, 4 (that's 1566 total yards and 13 tds)
Fat 2015 Rushing 758, 3, Receiving 188, 2 (total 946, 5 in down year)
