In an extremely deep 12-team Half PPR league.

I've got an offer on the table of Doug Baldwin for Josh Gordon. I'm a huge Seahawks fan and its being played against me right now. I love Douggie B and I even play the guy Week 1 (which drops him 3 projected points from his next best Flex and adds 3 to mine). I'm so torn about the upside of Josh Gordon, the risk of Josh Gordon and the consistency of Baldwin.

Should I pull the trigger?

Nice team. Im down on Bladwin but def would trade gordon for him. Out first 4 games and who knows what happens after, not like Brady is throwing him the ball. Baldwin would be a great flex play and way better choice then riddick imo

Had the #2 pick in my 8 team standard league (best choice imo)

Gotta sit Rawls this week ...putting in Gore.

Drafted Forsett with my last pick, I dropped him for the Rams defense (best matchup this week) when the Ravens cut him. I'll prob pick him back up after this week now that he's back again. I don't ever keep 2 defenses.

Bought this on Amazon the other day for the winner...

fantasy is perfect for football it is way better then other sports because its only one game a week for each player. You should try it out even casual fans seem ot enjoy it

I think your team is fine for standard buuuut, for PPR? WRs seem a bit lacking.

I agree Frog. I gotta find a waiver gem to solidify the squad. With Gromk being hurt I think Bennett could have some use

Why even bother? lol shows what you know.... 12 teams stretches talent on your roster incredibly thin to where you have 3rd string rb's and wr's who barely see the light of day on your team. 10 teams is good, but 8 is perfect for guys picking at the end since they get top talent just as much as guys picking in the beginning. All the teams in the league are equally balanced, and it's more competitive. Plus your team is not crushed if there's a major injury to a top guy, because your team is stacked enough to take the hit. Not only that, but the 8 of us are legit and former champs....so it's like a champions league. No weak players...first year we are trying it, and it seems great.

CoolKids wrote:12 Team .5 PPR. Very competitive league. I like how it turned out very deep at RB and WR two most important spots but waited on TE too long. WAs targeting Zach Miller/Julius Thomas but people started taking second TE's early which caught me off guard. I think Winston is going to beast this year. Went in targeting Carr Winston combo and Carr went right before my pick but happy with Winston

QB:Winston
RB: McCoy/J. Hill/C. Hyde/D. Henry/ S. Ware/ J. White
WR: Odell/Watkins/Jordan Matthews/Sterling Shepherd/Funchess
TE: Walford/Clay
D: Rams

This is the crap you end up with a 12 team league. Beckham and Sammy are the only bright spots here.

Winston is good, but let's be honest...fantasy wise, he's not cracking the top 10...barely the top 15.

TE is mad weak, and McCoy if he can stay healthy will be solid, but the old Shady is dead and gone. JHill's ypc is pretty meh too. Hyde was a huge disappointment last year too, and Ware isn't going to do much at all for you with the exception of week 1 or unless Charles goes down with injury again.

Jordan Matthews with a rookie QB who isn't even that good is a poor pickup too.

Rams defense for week one is good, but they lost A LOT this offseason, so I wouldn't be keeping them all season...better to stream defenses each week based on matchups.

Shouldn't have knocked my 8 team league bra lol.

you're comparing an 8 team league roster to a 12 team  8 team takes no strategy you just draft the next ranked guy my 2nd pick woulda been near a 4th rounder in yours

you dumb af. You're coparing these teams to your 8 team roster and not the other 12 team leagues. ITs impossible to have a weakness in 8 team unless you're mentally handicapped

One of the most gratifying thing about fantasy football for me is finding sleepers and working the waiver wire. Pretty sure there wont be much of that in your 8 team league. Everyone will be locked in starting the studs that they drafted.

I was in a 10 team league last year and it was boring as f*ck. 8 team sounds like hot garbage
