That makes no sense considering that he had a better rookie year. I don't know how they could say that he improved this past year.
I expect him to improve this year because we know that he is a 5, and he will have better players around him.

And of course no sign of an extention.
At this point, I think his days in Philly are really numbered and Nerlens is definetly the odd man out.

Noel is ahead of Biyombo, but behind Cappella. Interesting. No Okafor on the list. Maybe next year though. Brook Lopez, Greg Monroe, and Vucevic made it, so that's a good sign for him
