Alright, I have a prediction guys. This guy will be a Cowboy before the end of the week.

One note from this morning on @gmfb: The #KCChiefs have made teams aware that QB Aaron Murray is available via trade. A low-cost option.

Price just went up. Say bye bye to Teddy Bridgewater for the season.

Yup, also Austin Davis has a visit with the Cowboys scheduled for tomorrow.

I'm not trading for anyone. Period.

Davis intrigues me. But only as an emergency backup.

I think if we get to that point (4th QB) we're screwed either way. If that happens then we can at least look forward to targeting the best defensive player (rush end or LB) in the next draft.

I don't know anything about this guy to make a comment. So far I really don't like what's on the market. And I'm not certain we should trade for anyone.

Definitely shouldn't trade for anyone. Also anyone they bring in isn't going to lead us into the playoffs. If we end up having to play the 4th QB we would be lucky to make it to 8-8.

If that happens we will get another top 10 pick. Of course Jerry would probably use it for more offense or another TE anyway.

I just read where Gregory might get more games added to his suspension. I guess we just are not going to get any breaks in the DL or LB positions. Our sure hope our offense will be as good as advertised.

That's really all going to come down to how Dak Prescott plays. If he's even half as good as he was in the preseason then I don't see any way they draft offense next year. They would have to have a top 5 talent fall in their laps. If Dak plays bad though and is clearly not the guy then I fully expect them to draft a QB in the first two rounds.

You may finally get your wish and they have another defense heavy draft. They are going to need to make a decision at WR next off season so we might see one drafted in the middle rounds. But other than that I would expect all defense. Rush end and LB (Sam, Will, and Mike) should be the main priority.

Yes and no. They decided to review the other case (the one that will give him 10 games) at a later date. It was first reported that he won the appeal but that was false, they just moved the date to an undetermined date.

Now this is just my opinion (I could be completely wrong) but I think if they had reviewed his case now and gave him the 10 games that's all he would have served. Like when prison sentences run concurrently. However by postponing the review date they allow him to serve his 4 games. Then will review his case and then serve him with another 10. In that scenario they wouldn't run concurrently so he serves 14 instead of just 10.

They never said anything about it. He's been practicing though and is expected to start Sunday.

Heard anything with our famous, come to the rescue LB, Jaylon Smith? I noticed he wasn't placed on IR or PUP.

Jaylon is on the NFI list I believe. Last I heard (about 2 weeks ago) he's working out but everything he does he has to wear that boot because the nerve still isn't firing yet. It's going to take a while.

Can we keep Leary and get rid of Doug Free?

Who would play RT? Leary is strictly a guard.

Whats this I'm hearing? There has been talk this week about Brady coming to Dallas in a trade. It must be an April fool's joke because today is the first I heard of it. If it is true, it sounds like a Jerry move. Win at all costs, every year.

No, that came from Colin Cowherd. I think he's on Fox now. He said that once Dak fails (when he fails not if he fails) the Cowboys should trade for Brady. That it would be a perfect fit.

Colin Cowherd is an idiot. He talks out of his ass about 99% of the time. This would fall in that 99%.
