I'm interested. I'm not sure if the player I'm targeting is on anyone's radar but it's worth the risk.

Sorry guys, had class all day. I'm going to play it relatively safe and draft Greg Monroe. Don't really feel like taking any FG% killers despite them being BPA and the Philly/Washington situation is just too dicey. Monroe has less competition for his spot than other centers and maybe he'll get a few more touches with Middleton out. I dunno, this is me trying to justify my pick. What do you guys think?

Love his game, ultimate glue guy. Gives you 3s, steals, great %s. Hope he's worth moving down in the next round for.

Here's my reach of the draft. He probably would have lasted another round or I could have traded down but I wasn't about to take that risk.

Ok so now I can be honest about the draft since I've got my team more or less in place:

I feel that Bwgood reached way too hard on Jonas and I figured he'd be here for me in the early part of round 5. What also irks me about that selection is that he already has Draymond Green and Serge Ibaka. Admittedly, I think I would have run away with the draft if that were the case since I felt I played the first 4 rounds nearly perfectly. I guess you can't get too greedy.

Sorry BW, but that's how I feel about it. :banghead:

^I don't think JV at pick 42 is a reach at all. I assumed he would go mid-40's. I think maybe you could have taken a more traditional big man at your pick, but Monroe isn't all that bad.

Picks I didnt like:
Vucevic at 42, too much of a logjam in the Orlando frontcourt to justify picking him that early

Greg Monroe at 56 is baffling. Major reach on a guy that may not get 20minutes a game with Plumdog working best with other players on that Bucks team. I guess you have to pick Monroe hoping he gets traded to a better situation, because he sure aint playing the 4 in MIL

I also feel IT was a bit of a reach where he was picked

Yea, I might've taken him a round too early, but I'm not too worried. He's been the Magic's best offensive option the last couple years. With the additions of Ibaka and Biyombo, I do see him taking a small step back, but not by much. He can still get his. The Magic may trade him to a better situation mid season as well.

If anything, I think taking Dragic in the 3rd round was my worse mistake. Especially with reports out that Riley will be cutting ties with Bosh. The Heat may be looking at a rebuild. They might not want to make a playoff push and will just rest Dragic the last month or so.

Damnit, that's who I was waiting to take and didn't really have a backup plan. Though when I saw your lineup I thought there was a pretty good chance you'd take him.

That's the Chinese invasion for ya

And also cuz draft skillz masters like BW and me moved back up

The Chinese are literally invading the DLeague:
