He was aggressive but had some bad luck with the Pau Gasol signing and the Chicago trade.

We were seconds from having both Tony Snell and Taj Gibson for Ross and seconds from signing Pau.

Both fell through bc Wade chose Chicago and Duncan retired. There wasn't much else he could have done without giving up a ton.

Yeah, if Boston couldn't flip assets for a good piece I'm not too upset that Masai couldn't find a fair deal.
