The injuries are a big reason why but the defense has competed in every game IMO. Freeman and Amos and to a lesser extent the rest of the secondary looked pretty good last night. Not a fan of the offensive game plan (too conservative IMO) but that probably had more to do with Hoyer than anything else.
Howard needs play every down IMO.....
Howard is the player that sets this team apart. Langford has provided nothing and that puts so much pressure on the passing game (and our O-Line) that we get into a hole on offense, and then they leave the defense on the field so much.
If Howard is able to establish himself, the time of possession game becomes so much easier for the Bears.
