Rank their "chins" (current versions)

Post#1 » by Gregoire » Sat Oct 1, 2016 4:31 pm

How do you rank them according ability "to take punishment without being KO":

Gus, Jones, DC, Rothwell, JDS, Hunt, Nate Diaz. Discuss.

Rothwell, Hunt, and the Diaz Brothers are good mentions that you have listed there...

To add on to that you got to put Roy Nelson in there. Not sure how Clay Guida's chin is holding up, but he always deserves a mention in a discussion like this. Condit is up there as well. Benson Henderson.

Condit and the Diaz boys seem to be the best. Don't think Jones has been hit with enough bombs for me to make a judgment, but it seems to hold up.

Gustafsson is real impressive. Rumble cracked him, but he was still not all the way out of it. That is Rumble though.

Rothwell is the real Homer Simpson Conor spoke of, lol.

Cormier's chin has to be up there as well. Dude is probably the only one that survived Rumble's bomb. His big ass head probably plays a role in his toughness :D. Not to mention he used to compete at HW so these LHW fighters shots are probably a nice change for him.

If we're talking ability to a bomb, recover and comeback I'd have to put GSP in there as well as Eddie Alvarez

Are we doing P4P chins or just chins in general? Chins in general you'd have to rate the HWs the highest.
