Arrest warrant issued for Josh Gordon

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Josh Gordon. He has been ignoring multiple subpoenas in a paternity case and it sounds like the judge has had enough.

I guess he assumed it would just go away if he ignored it long enough?

The Browns have been so classic Browns these first two weeks of the season. Gonna rehab RGIII with a fresh start and fresh coaching. Dumbass hurts himself engaging a tackler just like he always used to. They go up three TDs only to have the kick blocked and returned for 2 at which point anyone who knows that team knew they were going to lose. Finally during the week, their WR who is presumably itching to play and collect a paycheck, can't find the time to show up in court despite having all the time in the world to do so over the last however long he's been suspended now.

I wonder if any team will pick him up now that Cleveland is done with him. Chargers sure could use him.

First off - I really hope the kid gets his life together. If this was his decision then good for him.

And if he genuinely does get it together, the Chargers would be a good landing spot for him. A somewhat veteran team with a guy like Rivers who could allow him to shine. I wouldn't dig it as a Raiders fan but I can see the possibilities.
