Him being late might hurt his case. I've been told stories about plaintiffs / defendants being late to trial, showing off fancy jewelry, or basically being disrespectful to the court coming back to haunt the person.

If she can only remember flashes of the night, and if she remembered what she wrote on the text message asking Rose to come over, she must've blackened out about a couple of minutes later. Question is, was the consent applicable when she was blacked out, or beforehand?

I hate having to root for Rose to be found innocent, regardless of the truth of the situation, because we need him to play basketball

It certainly doesn't make you feel warm and fuzzy about athletes who socialize with groupies and women who pursue athletes. It's a slippery slope at the very least.

if you're drugged, you're pretty much fuked and done for the rest of the night. like, you're out for good, for hours. rose's toxicology expert has ruled that there was no evidence of a date rape drug which is what she's saying they did to her. there's a bit of strategy on why she's doing this..

That's interesting, because what is the definition of "consent" in the law? I know there is this push by SJW out there to say that any alcohol use at all means no consent is possible. Good luck arguing that in court from either side.

Oh, and how can they talk about toxicology if there is no actual sample to test?

Did she say that she talked to Rose prior to getting sh*tfaced? If the report is saying she blacked out from alcohol, she must've partied beforehand.

Difficult situation in the long run, just don't like the media and certain people saying "well he's a rapist" with no proof, evidence or acknowledgement of it. Let the case go to trial and let the jury determine his innocence validity.

Me being a black man from the inner city , while I've never personally been thru the situation a few friends I have been. A girl might have participated in group sex or just been treated badly as revenge said he raped her. Just a tricky subject when dealing with personal lives...what I can find common others might deem horrendous.
