expert toxicologist review posted on previous page. the expert toxicologists can only go by what doe claims were her symptoms, because no tests were ever done. though, the drug claims are disproved because if she was drugged, she wouldn't have been able to text rose or go to work the next day, which she did. as far as alcohol intoxication, there's also the possibility she wasn't as drunk as she claims since there were no physical tests. everything falls on if the jury believes her story, because that's all she has, her word.

Yeah I mean if you knew that he was kinky like that and it wasn't to your liking, then go your separate way. My theory is, Rose is a freak as are his friends and as is this "Jane Doe". The judge needs to just order Rose to pay her for her little sex toy and whatever cab fare ride that he promised he would pay for and end this crap already so everybody can go back to focusing on basketball.
