Biggest q's for Celtics' fans. Will the max salary structure change appreciably? Knowing that now may prod the trade market a little if teams think that they can't keep multiple high end guys. Smaller question is the rookie scale deals.

How did I not know Khris Middleton is probably out for the season? Yikes. The Bucks are gonna suck.

They called the Warriors lineup with Green-Barnes-Iguodala-Thompson-Curry the lineup of death. Well, then what is Green-Durant-Iguodala-Thompson-Curry?

I've heard someone call it the Death Star Lineup. Personally, I like it, since we all know what happened to the Death Star.

This is kinda funny.

I kinda really like this Embiid kid.

1- Funny as hell
2- He was rusty, but man the boy got some skills
3- He seems to get what Hinkie did. Really Put together some talent on that team. No fit at all, but Saric looks good, Okafors good, Noel, Embiid will be good. Simmons imo is a stud already.

They'll get 1 of these top 3-4 pg's in this draft & be set for a long time.

Just hope he can stay healthy.

? Care to provide any context? This is very vague.

Kerr is a great guy off court, one of the best.

I have always maintained that he is overrated as a coach and I feel last season showed that pretty well. I assume this is where McHale went after him?

Hope he has good health this season.

I don't know how to get to the source:

Will Kevin McHale coach again? McHale was let go 11 games into the 2015-16 season with the Houston Rockets, after pushing the team into the West Finals the previous season.
"It will have to be the right situation," McHale said Tuesday during a TNT conference call. "You never say never. Boy I tell you what, what Steve Kerr is doing (laughs), he still coaching? There are some spots, that you think, 'Wow it will be fun to coach that group of guys.' But they're normally coached up by good guys that's why they're good teams."

Goran Dragic admits this Miami Heat roster is not what he signed up for

Goran Dragic signed a five-year deal worth $90 million to stay with the Heat last summer, but he couldn't possibly have predicted the events of this past offseason.

Chris Bosh was unceremoniously sent packing by team president Pat Riley after failing another physical, and Dwyane Wade chose to sign with the Bulls after contentious contract talks for a second consecutive summer.

Miami is great and all, but Dragic signed there because he believed the team would be a perennial contender in the East. And in an interview with NBA.com's David Aldridge, he admitted that the current situation isn't the one he intended to choose.

This Derrick Rose case is getting stranger and stranger. An LAPD officer investigating his case was just found dead with a bullet wound.

NBA looking to expand per wire tap ... gross. Last thing the league needs. There's enough scrub franchises out there.

More than half (16 out of 30) of the teams making the playoffs is one of the grossest things in sports, to me. I'm in favor of adding two more teams to make it 16 out of 32. Half of the teams qualifying for the second season at least makes some kind of aesthetic sense.

Silver really needs to stop being a Goodell level whore-- he got WAAYYYY too much credit for making an OBVIOUS move in banning a well known racist from owning an NBA team (David Stern had NO IDEA this dude had a problem w/ black ppl, I'm sure. Nor did Doc or CP3! lol). First the sleeves, then the ad "patches," and now further diluting the product far beyond the Bud Light levels it currentlly offers us. They're passing out carbonated piss & telling us it's champagne, guys.

NBA easily has the worst parity of any other major sports league in North America-- until this is resolved/addressed, it's pretty much impossible to view this as anything other than another slutty cashgrab.

IMO Adam SIlver has done nothing to convince me that he's anything more than a sluttier version of David Stern w/ a human element to his ego. It's cool that he's not quite as vindictive as the last Czar, but it'd be nice to show that he actually gave a F about the product he's pimping.
