As long as they have someone with a pulse who can carry the ball, the QB shouldn't matter one bit. I picked up Wilhoite in my IDP league. I'm anticipating a whole lot of tackles four or five (or ten) yards past the LOS tonight.

Cardinals have not scored a single point in the 1st quarter this season. One would think that'll end tonight even with Palmer out.

Cardinals defense allowing 44.6% of 3rd downs to be converted on 3rd down (27th in the NFL). 49ers have converted 40% of the time on 3rd down (17th).

David Johnson is the only player in the NFL with 100+ yards from scrimmage in every game this season. How many people would expect he could get that in one (either) half tonight?

Larry Fitzgerald needs 18 catches tonight to pass Andre Johnson for 8th most all-time. Ok, he probably doesn't get that TONIGHT.. He can pass Reggie Wayne who is next on the list with 28 more catches. He needs 132 yards tonight to surpass Henry Ellard for 13th all-time on the receiving yards list. He needs 5 TDs to surpass Antonio Gates for 7th most receiving TDs all-time.
