Actually one of them was just "like" a rebound. After the shot was missed the ball bounced off about 3 players before it ended up in Young's hands.

Young missed a couple of shots but hustled throughout and did nothing to hurt himself.

Yup. Agree 100%. People gotta just ppl do what they do. Now his weight is what ultimately held him down imo, but tryna make him something he's not didn't help.

Jare Sullinger shoulda been a chubbier David West. That will always be my comparison for Sully.

Mid range money, good post offense, good rebounder, good around the rim. Good post defender due to his biggass.

I get he's not the wave, but he's still talented. I still love him, always has. Hope he does great in Toronto, until they play us.

I think we all just overhyped his game. We acted as if he were a high lotto pick rather than a second rounder. We are seeing who he really is.

It's eight not 8 and the "I" in "is" should be capitalized; also, I believe you meant to say "valley girl speech" instead of the colloquial "talk".

Get over yourself and stop being the grammar police. No one cares and you make just as many mistakes daily as I have pointed out above.

Nah, I think the hype was warranted a bit last year. People just thought he could have been a decent rotation big last season, and I think there was merit to that. You can't predict someone coming into camp significantly out of shape. There really is no other explanation for his lack of explosion which he showed plenty of last year in summer league, pre-season, garbage minutes, and the D-League. He looks like a completely different player right now, which again, you can't really predict someone apparently not working that hard on maintaining their body..it's pretty unfortunate. :/

Hopefully he can get back into shape and get some of that explosion back, but it really doesn't say anything good about him that he fell off like this even if it is just summer league and pre-season.

A lot of scrubs show potential in summer league, preseason, garbage minutes, and the D-League. Mickey will put up good numbers in the D-League again this year. And when we are up 30 points on the Nets, he'll still come in and block a shot.

It has nothing to do with numbers. He looks completely different athletically. You can't predict someone coming in out of shape so it's not fair to say people were overhyping him based on how he looked last season. He looks like a completely different player. I'd be saying that even if he were averaging 15/10 right now through two games. He literally has no lift or quickness right now. It's shot.

LOL thanks! If that was a problem, I hope he has a pen and pad handy because that is a small sample size of what I will get grammatically incorrect.
