Felder's ticked every box so far.. I think people are waiting to see him look out of his depth, but every step of the way he's looked like an NBA player, and quite honestly, I don't get how he went so low in the draft.

Because he's undersized and didn't go to a major conference school. There are some decent comps to IT, people are still wondering if he's athletic enough to make up for his size.

Very divisive prospect but he's got a workers attitude and has shown some solid things so far.

It's only been a small sample but he has seen to have improved in the areas he was criticized for. He's been keeping his head up while attacking the basket and made some really good passes, his defense has looked pretty good, especially tonight. I think people overlooked the fact he has a decent midrange game and is good with his back to the basket. I don't really see him as the gamble others do, he'll be a good enough defender right off the bat and even if he struggles with his outside shooting he'll get his points in the paint and at the line. He's going to see minutes so he'll be judge early on, but between him and Chriss I don't think they'll be as big of projects as people believe.

I know Philly has to figure out who they're keeping on the end of the bench, but I sure hope Brett is now working hard on how to feature more of Dario's sweet shot.

2 games combining 36 min: 24/10/2/1/1 - 9/13FG - 4/6 3P

I root for him. Maybe Simmons getting hurt was a blessing in disguise for the team?

I just don't know what they will do if everyone performs well. I think they should start Embiid - Saric PF - Simmons SF. I certainly hope Simmons can defend the 3, because that could be lethal.

Saric should be a starter in this team, nice shot, decent rebounding. A rookie that comes with experience

RooKay of the Year.

Obviously joking, but I've been impressed with Felder from what I've seen in him in the Summer League and the one preseason game. Personally, I don't see him being as impactful as Delly, but I'm really hoping he can immediately fill the backup PG role from day one.

He needs to work on his 3-point jumper though, and his pick 'n roll defense will be a major problem from the start.

The key for Brown is that he's not being asked to put up gaudy totals, just play a role off the bench as an athletic defensive G/F.

He'll have a few huge scoring games here and there as a small-ball 4 that will get people talking. But for the most part his rookie year will likely be defined by how well he defends.

They didn't overlook his midrange and back to basket game he didn't have one before. If he's showing it now that's recently developed. I just saw one of his coaches from HS yesterday and asked about him. Told me Jaylen's been putting in work.

Im getting the impression hes being asked to play the Justice WInslow role for his rookie year before being asked to do more down the line with development. I would say the right decision.

Yeah, that's a good way to describe what they have in mind at the defensive end.

Offensively, he's pretty different than Winslow. He doesn't have nearly the same touch around the basket, and isn't as good of a ballhandler, cutter, or facilitator. But on the other hand. I think his shot and ISO/midrange game have more potential.

Right now the biggest thing for Brown is going to be to become a better cutter so he can get shots within the flow of the offense. Shooting an okay clip on turnaround shots and out-of-control drives is fine during the summer - but he won't get those shots in the regular season.

Like I said, there are going to be a few games this year where the Celtics are facing a team with some Luis Scola type at the 4, and Jaylen gets a ton of minutes there and scores 30 pts off the bounce. But he needs to be a better cutter to hit 12 pts more regularly, rather than disappear offensively on nights his 3 pt shot is off or he doesn't have a nice matchup.

Brandon Ingram's first NBA field goal was a banked-in 3. He looked genuinely embarrassed

It's been a rough couple games offensively so the bench and coaches looked sincerely happy for him. Just looks nervous, but still impacting the game on the defensive end. In both games the team went on a run when he was in the game. Really like his effort on D.

Oh man, I really wish my team (raps) could have drafted this guy. Just one spot before us!!! Would've been the perfect PF prospect for us. Well he'll be fun to watch :)

Funny I was just coming here to post the same or similar video. I'm pretty shocked at how good he is already looking. Those last 5 or so plays were nice. The block, the alley oops, two handed slam, and rebound/dunk.

Chriss looks good. I like how he attacks the basket whether he posts up or faces up.

Didn't the lob dunk come before the bank three?
