after this trial, derrick is going to set-up cameras in every corner out his house. his boys is going to be hired to record everything that happens throughout his days.

How far removed in difference is this from the Tawana Brawley (Alton Maddox) situation is what I like to know. If they find out she's lying she's going to get dragged through the mud and vilified. And if her lawyers knew this was all a fabrication and goaded her into it like Alton Maddox supposed did, then it could put their careers in jeopardy as well.

Aren't her lawyers real estate attorneys by trade? I don't believe she could find reputable lawyers to take the case.

so he maybe wasn't standing up, but lying down when they had sex. they still both agree that they all had sex with the plaintiff at rose's house and that the sex at doe's place was consensual.

To be fair, even Chris Herring said that the only bright spot for the plaintiff was Hampton saying that Rose doesn't remember things. Considering how much went on today, I think that's overall pretty good for Rose.

I personally don't think Rose raped her, but I'm not convinced of that just yet. I wish Rose were smarter with some of the things he says...he makes himself look bad at times and some things he says still leaves me with some doubt, thus why I'm on the "I don't think he did it but it's still certainly possible that he did" side.

The jury demographic still bothers me, though, and I think a mistrial would benefit Rose.

Nono. I just find it odd how much you're sticking up for him and love him as a person (and player). That's all. Haven't seen that here since LilOJMayo, but he was at least funny about it.

I've mostly just been sitting back reading this thread but it is pretty amusing watching you spin everything into a positive light for Rose no matter how wacky he made himself look given his own testimony

On one hand, a mistrial is good because it presents a completely new jury but then again it does start the process all over again. It's like the judge is basically trying to force both sides into a settlement out of court.

The biggest lesson to learn is that any man who agrees to run a train on a girl in 2016 is a moron. All it takes is word getting out, she's embarrassed/ashamed and now it's an investigation.

But isn't it illegal to video tape without consent as well? Which means you can't use that tape as evidence otherwise you will be sued for that as well.
