It's as if they're working against each other.

These are minor details bro. If I asked you and your roommate/ partner/ wife to describe to me in detail what you guys did last night in a seperate room I bet the details would be different.

Must people would answer they came home, ate dinner, watched some tv and went to bed. AND THAT'S LAST NIGHT. Now imagine something that "never happened" two years ago. And I quoted never happened not as an opinion but rather a point of view. A vantage point. If you believe ones guilty you never consider this vantage point.

How one answers questions when being accused of something that never happened, on a night that for all intents and purposes could've been pulled out of a hat. They had consensual freaky sex on other occasions. Any one of those times could've been used. All In saying is the accused in any trial shouldn't have the onus off remembering events of a day they were never prepared to ever hold important over others. It's the accuser who should remember everything.

If Rose has finished his testimony, is he still required to be in court for the mistrial announcement? He can still leave the courthouse and get info from his lawyers while he contributes to the season correct?

Yeah I appreciate the guy's effort in delivering the news to us. I'm not on social media so no Twitter or FB or any of that stuff so trophywinner makes it very convenient for a guy like myself to stay updated on the topic. Thanks trophywinner
