Soo, we play Atlanta tonight. Kcp will be guarded by korver or bazemore. How many points would you kcp fans expect him to have tonight, taking into consideration whos guarding him. My guess is less than 10 and he gets outplayed by bazemore

I like Basemore a lot. In typical "slappy, fanboy" fashion I feel no compulsion to run KCP down to say this. Grizzlies should have changed their name when they moved to Memphis.

well...I think this argument can be put to bed for awhile. Stanley averaging 1.5 pts per game on 17% shooting so far this season. I wonder how Staminal would react to being sent to the d-league for some reps. He obviously is out of sorts right now. I wonder how he would fare...For the record, I don't think he'd dominate.

It's not about his scoring. SVG made it a point to call out Stanley by saying he needed to contribute in ways other than scoring. He's been doing that. His defense is getting better, he's hustling more, he's had some nice assists. He's not hurting the team by jacking up 15 shots. Yes points matter, but there is more to basketball than scoring.

I'd be surprised if SJ sees the D-League. He really has struggled with his shooting. He was doing harm when he was forcing shots, but he has stopped doing that and is defending hard, rebounding, and helping to move the ball. SVG spoke highly of his play just recently. Given that he was better than this offensively last year, I expect they'll get this figured out.
