Pistons vs my favorite non-Pistons player (Giannis)

Post#1 » by zeebneeb » Mon Oct 17, 2016 3:38 pm

This is what happens when the designated thread makers don't get it done in a timely fashion.

As for the game? The Bucks hopes have once again been marred by injury, and their pathetic front office.

I'm looking for Benji to play a little more, and taking another look at Henry.

Other then that, it's Pistons basketball and I'll watch it. Oh and I want to check out the Bucks new 35 year old rookie, Thon Maker.

Poor Buck fans.

Hopefully, Stanley Johnson gets some playing time as well.

How is Thon Maker looking?

I hope Gbinije looks good again, so we can move Bullock for a point guard. Keep one of Brown or McCallum as our 3rd stringer again, and when Reggie comes back, we could just cut Brown/McCallum as both are on non-guaranteed contracts.

I also hope KCP stinks again so the Pistons don't re-sign him by the 31st.

I like Thon, he's been pretty much advertised as that raw, athletic guy that can stretch the floor.

He's extremely long and fast too. I don't care about his age thing, he's going to be a solid player.

Isn't he older than Andre?

Purportedly, he's anywhere from age 19 to 24.

Quite a variation in age, but as long as he shows he can contribute, I really wouldn't think he's a bad prospect by any means.

SJ is out tonight with some sort of foot injury. They said his MRI was clean, but he's having it CAT scanned and they won't get the results until tonight. Hopefully it's not plantar factitious, like Sheed had.

Is "foot pain" code for "selfish play"?

That's what I'm thinking. Why bother playing him anyways if he's going to get his usual under 10 mins a game during preseason anyways. We might as well feed the minute allocations to Ellenson and our wings.

We look like hot trash. Especially KCP. Think he's got dollars on the brain and it's making him nervous?

Last year, we had perfect health and guys shot decently. This year, everyone's injured and no one can shoot. Are we this years Washington Wizards?...stay tuned. Haha
