I just want to say "**** you" to all the men and women that create false charges for money or other selfish gains. You spit on all the pain, struggle, & hardships that real victims have to go through on a daily basis. Obviously I'm only referring to those who KNOWINGLY lie for personal gain.

There's no way to tell for sure if Ms. Doe is one of them. Maybe she truly "believed" she was raped. Only her & her conscience know the truth. If she truly feels in her heart she was raped then I hope she finds justice. However, if she knowingly made these charges up for money then I hope the spirits of real sexual assault victims that were denied justice tear her soul apart.

Black men are accused daily of crimes they don't commit. I'm sure statistics show they are found guilty for crimes they don't commit which are later reversed than other populations.

Especially because the barriers to a guilty charge is much lower in civil than criminal...says alot about the validity of the plaintiffs case...

I'm happy that a potential liar didn't get what they truly didn't deserve. While real victims are suffering and no one believes their case. Every fake victim needs to visit a real sexual assault victim and apologize.

Exactly, it is always a great day when a disgusting low life is exposed like this woman. I only feel bad for true victims that will have a harder time proving their case because of greedy skanks like the plaintiff.
