the place i used to work frequently had vendors coming in to give a presentation pitching their product/tech to us,and part of the etiquette involved in that kind of event is for the vendor to order catering to lure people into the presentation. on many occasions they’d get chipotle catering with no chipotle person standing there dishing it out and monitoring things, you could as much as anything on as you want. infinite guacamole? WISH GRANTED. you go down and eat, sit for 5 minutes even though you have no intention of buying their solution, and then go back up to your desk fat and content

I don't think Rose should be taking pictures with jurors after the trial. It will make everyone assume that the jurors were biased.

There's a definitely positives to jury system but humans are biased and you'd be surprised how much stuff like picture taking and much worse happens at trials like this.

Don't give Phil too much credit now, he took a calculated risk. I think he felt it was worth gamble (trading for rose) since it was only a one year deal.

I agree it was a big risk (injuries, this trial and the possibility of a legal trial if this one went doe's way) but phase 1 of that risk paid off. So lets be happy got damnit!!
