Even though all the elite role players are dropping like flies, I know he won't be here on my next pick.

Yeah, I don't really know who to take so I guess I'll just grab an elite role player while I still can. I guess give me...

Scottie Pippen.

All NBA Defensive Second team, 12/6/5, pretty impressive defensive metrics.

Gah. I'm going to take Brandon Roy. 22-23/5/5 at his peak anchoring the #1 ORTG team in basketball that year. Also was ridiculous in the first round v. the Rockets that year (who at the time were a Top 5 defense).

I'll go Korver. Unreal 70 TS%. And IMO an underrated team defender. 8 FGA all-star, lol.

Marc Gasol. A nearly perfect center. Can score in the post, hit the mid range jump shot, and also managed a defensive player of the year while anchoring the best defense in the league.

Hmmmm. Give me....

Mike Conley

I think he is a terrific fit with Ray Allen in the back court. He makes up for Ray's defensive flaws, solid shooter, can run the offense, and as a 3rd option scorer doesn't need to be relied upon to carry the offense.

Well, I was debating again (and tinypic wasn't working), but I will select one of the elite role players I thought wouldn't be here. He's gone in the third round in multiple drafts, so I'm glad to get him here in the fourth.

All NBA defensive team (yes)
Elite shooter (yes)
Elite play maker (yes)
Played with his heart (yes)
Fits perfectly with my squad (yes)

Using the Sac Kings 2002/2003 version

I can't stand the guy (as a Lakers fan), but he does everything well and know his role.

Doug Christie.

Give me Danny Green the ultimate threepoint shooter and fantastic defender
Role player with huge impact during his regular season and especially playoffs

Rs: 3pa: 4.7 / 3p%: 41,5 / obpm: 1,2 / dbpm: 2,1 / bpm: 3.3

During his playoffs he raised his game and its not a small sample size so its not a fluke he played 23 games

Ps: 3pa: 4,4 / 3p%: 47,5 / ts%: 65 / obpm: 3,9 / dbpm: 3.4 / bpm: 7.3

So JLei's time is up, but I doubt he'd have taken this guy anyway

We will be picking a man who can stroke it from midrange, block shots, and has a low FGA.

The 43 year old, Serge Ibaka.
