He's way too small to play center full time. If dmo is not resigned he could be the first pf of the bench though.

His standing reach is one inch shorter than Tyson Chandler's. He isn't very tall but how high your head is off the ground doesn't really matter much, it's how high you can reach and he has a centers reach with those crazy long arms and athleticism. He is long enough to play center he just needs to use his body better to get rebounding position. MDA also said Harrell is more of a 5 than a 4 for this team. Dekker looks like he will be the backup 4 along with Ariza and KJ sliding over if Dmo never comes back

Of course, most people would believe that Bigfoot was at the game before that...

In the two games I've seen harden has looked as bad as he's always had.

Anyways James needs to tame those TOs.

I was referring to a streak during that past game. It seemed like he realized that his shot wasn't there, so he was actually playing some D for a while.

A few plays later he let someone blow by him in the paint, though.

Basketball vs Circus man, eh?

I can respect that, it's a tough(easy) choice.

I'd go with the Rockets, but then you'd also have to watch a Dallas team perform...but on the other hand, you get to watch a giant douche and a turd sandwich, and that's usually fun(sad) too.

I think I'll watch the Cubs/Dodgers decide which one of them wants to lose to the Indians.

Just managed to tune in. I see the Rockets with a slight lead.

Who started: McDaniels or Gordon?

Has KJ always been a solid defender, or do I just keep catching him at the right moments this preseason?

Remember how out of shape Harden was last preseason? Remember how the team looked so unfocused?

Total opposite this offseason on both fronts.

James Harden has a pretty good shot at leading the league in assists. 11 tonight in only 29 minutes. Would've been more but Ariza couldn't hit anything

Yeah, on a team of really good shooters this guy somehow manages to stand out!

They cannot let this guy go. Another team will snatch him up in a heartbeat.

It might come down to whether or not Les is willing to eat Ennis' contract (I think it's around 1.5 M) as apposed to wiltjer's which is only 50,000 guaranteed. He's shown he's willing to eat money based on camp before but we will see. Or if Dmo isn't coming back then there's room for both

How old is Bobby? I read about that story today in China and he's been overseas for 7 years?

This is what I hope

Harden/bev/ennis
Gordon/kj/gp2 (d league)
Ariza/dekker/brewer
Anderson/Harrell/wiltjer
Capela/nene/onuaku (d league)

Isn't that possible? Keep ennis and wiltjer and cut ties with the guy closest to 40?

Based on this preseason I doubt Prigioni is cut. He has been much better than Ennis or GP2. But it is possible if Dmo doesn't come back

We aren't going anywhere deep so as much as I love him I'd rather cut prigs and hope harden and bev can cover pg and keep the two youngins hoping they turn it on

Return to Houston Rockets
