What happened? There were a group of 8 and I picked 8th in Dynasty, so would have taken who dropped, but he scared me because of injury, even though he could obviously end up #1 this year and for years to come.

Never mind...I see wiretap...at least it is UP TO 2 weeks so it won't impact regular season.

Yeah its not serious but just feel like its a bad omen for things to come. Davis might simply be a dude who cant stay healthy.

In a cash league I got I ended up drafting dead last in a 12 man league. 11 categories H2H: FGM,FG%, FTM, FT%, 3PM, PTS, REB, AST, STL, BLK, TO.
This is who I got and in what rounds...
Lillard (1st)
Bledsoe (3rd)
Beal (8th)
Gay (7th)
Cousins (2nd)
Vucevic (5th)
Dirk (6th)
Lopez (4th)
Carroll (9th)
Parsons (10th)
Deron Williams (11th)
Markieff Morris (12th)

How do ya'll think I did?
1st week I'm going against: McCollum, Kawhi, Rubio, Hayward, KP, Ryan Anderson, Deandrea Jordan, Rondo, Marcus Morris, Mason Plumlee, Will Barton, Jrue Holiday.

Well, getting those two guys with your first two picks is great. I like the Beal pick that late, ...I think you will need blocks and assist though.

So I am thinking of either dropping Chandler Parsons or Demarre Carrol for Elfrid Payton. Parsons is coming off injury like always and I think Carroll will play better than last year however his FG% scares me a bit. I can also drop Kieff. Really not sure at this point.

If ya just can't get enough fantasy, the RealGM Circuit Challenge is looking for some more members in its 3rd iteration.

This league is a heap of fun, the messenger is really active. It's 9-cat, one-win H2H, 16 teams. The draft is 4pm PT Sunday.

Last season I traded pretty much everyone on my roster and finished 6th.

I dropped DeMarre Carroll and added Ish Smith. I only had 4 guards in my rotation so I needed to drop a forward. I'm hoping I made the right decision in keeping Chandler Parsons instead of Carroll here. I figured Carroll shot terribly last year and he may continue to do that this year so getting Ish wont' affect my FG% much and will only add to my assist stat line and take a small dip in rebounds.

The Circuit Challenge draft was great, we had all 16 show up to draft. I ended up with:

Spoiler:

I've had my KAT for Horford/Dieng put on the table. The person I'm trading with knows I have a soft spot for Gorgui.

I counter offered: KAT/Nance for Horford/Dieng/Moore

Anyone think I'm crazy for considering trading KAT? I think the value back is pretty good, and I have a handcuff since I also drafted Jrue.

@Qwigglez, As you can see, I'm a big believer in DeMarre. I wouldn't have dropped him. I think that FG% last season was an anomaly due to the injury.

I would not trade KAT for Horford/Dieng! They would need to add another value player there.
It was a tough call to make, but since it's H2H I figured I could use Ish for the next 6-8 weeks while Reggie Jackson is still injured. Carroll barely provides slightly better numbers on 3's and boards over Smith, while Smith clearly dominates over assist where I feel like I was slacking behind. We'll see if I made the correct call or not soon.
For the rest of your roster I like Kemba and Bledsoe. I doubt Kemba can replicate his numbers from last year but he should still be close to it I'm guessing. Terrence Jones had a pretty solid preseason so he may be a steal if he can contribute this year without all the freak injuries.

I'd have a real hard time trading KAT under almost any circumstance where you are not getting a premier player back. I'm not a HUGE fan of Horford even though I have him in dynasty, but on a new team I don't know. I really like Dieng too, but I think there is a good chance you would regret trading KAT later.

If someone really wants him, I'd throw a crazy offer out there, like maybe for the top two players he drafted or something, and see if he bites, but other than that, I wouldn't feel comfortable trading him.

As some of you know, I play around with memes/team names based on puns etc. Well I got an email the other day from Josh Lloyd of Red-Rock Fantasy, Basketball Monster and Locked On podcast fame and he wants to sell some of my designs as tees!!

Pretty exciting, even if I only sell a couple! Have a look, I've got about 50-60 designs in the ether at the moment.

I've only got these ones up at the moment, the rest are Josh's:

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Craziness. Our Fantasy expert TASTIC has made 7 roster moves in the Premier League before the 1st minutes of the 1st game of this season even started. 7!

F'n 7!

He can't decide who he wants, though I did tell him picking up Holmes was a great move with Noel out. I thought about drafting Holmes but asked on the Philly board and they said he's behind all the Cs. It's odd...same size as Grant but one plays 3 and the other 4/5. I never watch them so I didn't really know. I just saw articles comparing them and who was better.

Courtney Lee is 0-5 tonight. Not great after
Lee supplied 15 points (7-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), five rebounds, two assists and two steals over 29 minutes in Thursday's 116-111 preseason victory over the Nets.
Spin: Lee caught fire from the field and closed out the exhibition slate by shooting 80 percent (12-for-15) over his last two games. The nine-year veteran is expected to provide a solid defensive presence and scoring along the lines of Thursday's total in a complementary role in the Knicks offense this season

I do remember you telling me what a steal he was. Didn't realize you had him in the other one. Your other guys (well two at least of them) are doing well though.

I thought Lee would have had a better career after having a good rookie year.
