because people are **** and they hide it in person to fit into society but when they can hide behind a keyboard and no one knows who they really are, they can say how they actually feel and get away with it. thats why people act all surprised when they see this racist, bigoted **** on twitter and theyre all like "i thought we were past that already." nah, people just learned how to hide it.
