I actually e-mailed my rep earlier in September and got the face value for my seats. There is actually a substantial mark-up in prices for face value.

I can confirm that if you just email your rep he will send you a spreadsheet of early bird pricing, regular SSH pricing, Mini pack pricing, and FACE Value.
