Haven't posted in awhile but I had to come in and rant. Wall needs to stop playing so GD scared. This has been an issue his entire career but this was something Brooks was supposed to correct. So infuriating to see the same issues continue to plague him.

I would like Wall look to get a foul on EVERY shot attempt. I want him going to the like for FTs. On one of his 3 baskets, he did this drive to the foul line, and stopped just enough to draw contact from behind. I want something like that every time. Make more of these missed shots count by getting opponents into foul trouble and hitting 80% of those FTs. Wall is not going to dramatically improve his shooting. He is what he is at this point...a 40% shooter. Some days 60%, some days 20%.
In this game looking at just Wall's misses, Wall took 4 (maybe 5) shots where he should have passed, and 3 where he should have had better control. He needs to play smarter.

I think McClellen might be a possible solution. I'd give him minutes over Thorton until he proves he's not up to it. Sato needs minutes as well and O should play over Smith. Wall shooting long 2's early in the shot clock is really pissing me off.

The Wizards lost the previous game, so FAH1223 shouldn't make the next game thread. If no one has started one yet, there's no reason I know of that you can't do it, if you choose.

Gamethread creators are first-come, first-serve. Whoever posts the gamethread first gets it stickied (placed at the top of the page). If the Wizards win, the same poster creates the next gamethread. If the Wizards lose, that poster cannot create the next gamethread for fear of angering the sacred basketball god and by that, I obviously mean Laron Profit.
